[Council] URGENT: Individual membership proposal - feedback needed!

Dear council members

This is a reminder that the deadline to comment on the Individual 
membership proposal 
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1D3ThEvXix6Xu0xY2z5zlvdLQireBUaKT1dXXaiMWblc/edit?usp=sharing> 
was yesterday.  The decision on this proposal has to be done on the 
council meeting on the 12th of December.  So if there are objections or 
more clarifications needed, express it in the document, so that Dicte 
and Caro can adapt the proposal, and send it to review before that.
