[Council] GLS bank account

[GEN Europe Finances]

Dear GEN Europe council,

I hope you're having a safe travel home. Within the complexity of GA and 
Gathering I haven't notified you about the update regarding the GLS bank 
account.

Armin sent me a letter only a day before my travel to Sweden which 
confirms the bank account. You can find it here:

GLS still needs a document from each non-German council member. The 
document is attached and both pages need to be filled as one is for the 
bank and one for you.

Furthermore I'll try and reach our tax office in Germany as our 
"Freistellungsbescheid" stating our charitable status expired by the end 
of 2023.
