[Council] situation now with bank

Dear all,

Since last night we have the situation as following:

Armin wrote to Manja last night with some stories. Promised all 
passwords, access to bank account...I wrote to him to immediately to 
send me everything including the devices. Manja did so, too. No answer 
until now!

Had a visit at and 7 bank calls and talked with Gerhard, but the bank is 
not allowed to give me any other information unless I identify as 
council member, GEN as association, an other stuff, etc. That asks to 
bring - again, what we already did some weeks ago - all the papers of 
the association. I will collect them together with Manja today and send 
it to them. We have decided to register Manja and Annika for accessing 
the bank account. Armin will be deleted from accessing the bank account 
asap.

The bank told me this will take a couple of days, I cannot help it, 
sorry. Please, everyone who is waiting for money, money transfer or 
anything within projects - tell them that we have a bookkeeping and bank 
account problem that takes another couple of days.

I will let you know asap.

Thank you everyone who supported in this. This is and was a huge problem 
for us, all based on th best thoughts, our trust, hope and lots of 
understanding in one of our employees. We as council and coordination 
should have reacted better, stronger and earlier. Now I hope for the 
best that it'll work quickly and smooth.
