[Council] Council meeting date confusion

Dear council

Is anyone online to clarify the date of the council meeting. Is it today 
or the 21st. I just realized, there are two entries in the calendar. I 
assume it is 21st and today is a residual entry from before? Please 
answer who reads it first :-)
