Dear Fanny and Dario,

Thank you for reaching out to us, I find this a great idea.
It has been long on my mind, that the benefits of staff in GEN Europe are limited in terms of educational trainings, and this proposal fits well I think.

Thus, I would like to ask staff: In which areas would you like to develop your skills and competencies more? Can one of these trainings support you to grow in your role and as a person? Is there a training that you would like to attend as a team retreat? - collaboration, sociocracy, community building, sensitivity of collective topics?

Happy to hear from you, or just have a think about it.
Warmly,

Teodora Demetra Radulescu

This grant would allow us to pay for mobilities (traveling of persons to other countries) for adult educational opportunities for mainly our staff & council & volunteers, with the possibility in the future to include more adult learners.

These could then be included in our project and made into reality in the coming years.

You can indicate specific trainings that you know will happen, or describe one you would like to happen.
