[Council] Adult education opportunities for staff & council

Dear staff & council,

In the projects team, we are aiming at submitting a follow up project 
for a short term grant for adult education in the Erasmus+ program. This 
grant has allowed us to pay for mobilities (traveling of persons to 
other countries) for adult educational opportunities for mainly our 
staff & council, and we´d like this to continue.

We are still figuring out what we will include in this short term grant, 
and have a few ideas ourselves, but are now asking all staff and council 
to consider what kind of educational activities you would be interested 
in participating in. These could then be included in our project and 
made into reality in the coming years. The timeframe of this project 
would be 18 months, starting in June 2026.

Types of educational activities that might be funded through this short 
term grant are:

Job shadowing
Trainings
Invitation of experts

So, if you had always had the wish to go for a certain period of time to 
another ecovillage and learn from a specific person, or wanted to attend 
an EDE or sociocracy training, please let us know. You can indicate 
specific trainings that you know will happen, or describe one you would 
like to happen.
I will be recollecting responses the coming weeks, and making a cohesive 
proposal after that. Please note that only those council & staff members 
that are related to the German PIC and reside in a european country can 
opt for these opportunities, so this excludes Johannes, Angel, Fanny, 
Anna, Ziska and Berni.

This message was also sent through Rocket Chat but I have not had much 
response from council members, so I am trying again through email. Also 
in RC we pointed out that one person can only do one mobility in the 
form of a course, that lasts a maximum of 10 days in total.

There is a maximum of 30 mobilities in total, so if I get more input 
from staff & council, I will prioritise, so maybe not all of your 
suggestions will be included. I would really appreciate any last request 
and prioritizations to come in either through this thread, or by 
messaging me directly, by today as tomorrow I have an informative 
session with the NA to consider your ideas and requests.
