[Projects-WG] ProjectsWG - December meeting reminder

Hi!

As decided in the meeting I created a new application form to become a
member of Projects WG, based on the old one. You can see it here:

In case you want to change/edit something, please do, as invitations to
fill it in will go soon to participants of Open Session which took place
last week.
