[Projects-WG] ProjectsWG - November meeting reminder and facilitator request

Hi!

I didn't add it to the agenda, but we wanted to discuss the reviewed
version of the procedure of accepting people to the Project Working Group
before the December event so actually at the end of the event we could
invite people to fill in the form. We had a meeting with Dario about that
and wrote down a few things we consider interesting to reflect on as a
group. But maybe we can discuss it on the 12th of December and send
information to participants of the event in a summary email.
