[Projects-WG] ProjectsWG - November meeting reminder and facilitator request

So here is what we discussed with Dario about the process of joining the
Project Working Group and what we would like to bring to the meeting for
deciding together:

We generally think that the process as it's described is not bad, and we
suggest just few improvements:
- Make questionnaire for open event easier (just zoom registration) and not
use the complex form we have in the drive
- Based on the complex form we have in the drive - make questionnaire for
potential members which can be shared after open events, project creation
TC, Gathering, etc (but to have specific questionnaire for being a new
member, without options to choose, as it is right now)

To be discussed:
- If one person from the group receive notification about new application
or it rather goes to the mailing list to all of us
- Which options we like more:
1. We accept people twice a year based on their applications and welcome
them with onboarding session (eg. April, November)
2. We accept people more often, but there is no separate onboarding
session. People come as observers for the first few sessions and have
meetings with mentors who help them understand what's going on.

In both versions we do see the need for a mentor anyway.

My proposal is to discuss it during December meeting 10.12 (when I can also
explain better what we had in mind) and then send a summary email to people
who will participate in session 5.12 where we will include the refreshed
questionnaire.
