[GEN Europe Projects] 📊 Project priorities survey

Dear Project people!

I am writing to you again, now with another important topic. At GEN 
Europe we have been eager to get information from the network to guide 
us in our engagement in projects, to keep the projects we develop 
relevant to the whole network. As we gather ideas for new projects, we 
invite you to share your vision and priorities to co-create the future 
of our network by answering two surveys. The first survey will help us 
identify the topics that matter most to you, and can take as short as 10 
minutes to fill out. Your input will:

  * Ensure our work reflects the diverse needs of ecovillages across Europe.
  * Guide our collective strategy and resource allocation for the coming
    years.
  * Highlight where to focus resources, projects, and collaborations.

For those that want to continue more in-depth, we have created a second 
survey that aims to identify on which scales we should focus our 
efforts. This survey could take up to 15 minutes to fill out, and will 
help us:

  * Understand which areas of work (re-skilling/policy
    lobbying/education...) you believe our network should prioritize.
  * Bridge gaps between what is needed and what is possible.
  * Identify barriers or opportunities we should consider.
